In some instances, you'll see significantly differing values for Email Engagement between the Classic and New Campaign Performance Pages.
- In General, the New Campaign Performance Page has more accurate and up to date information
- The pages pull from different data sources, and update in different cadences, so it's not expected that they'll ever match exactly.
- Specifically looking at Open Rate, the New CPP excludes SendGrid Identified Machine Opens, meaning that emails opened via automation of some kind will display as part of the open rate on the classic CPP, but not on the new CPP.
- Always refer to the new CPP for the most accurate and up to date email engagement stats
