If the business wants to setup a expiry countdown for a reward, we provide such feature as "Return reward to guest's account if redemption is not honored or if redemption code expires"
Once the feature is enabled the rewards will be reloaded to the guest account after the expiry countdown ends. You may set up the expiry countdown while creating a redeemable in additional option.
You may setup the countdown as per your requirement (It may be 1, 2, 3, 4, hours ). Once the guest generate the redemption code the expiry countdown starts and once the countdown ends, the reward get reloaded into guest account if not redeemed. However, redeemable expiry date would be the same as setup in Explicit Date of Expiry section.
Note: The business needs to get in touch with the CSM to get this feature enabled.
