In order to update the end date for a redeemable, please follow below steps:
- Open the redeemable, navigate to the "Validity" part of the redeemable.
- Update the "Explicit Date of Expiry" and click "Finish" to save the changes made.
When you change the Expiry on a redeemable, it only applies to guests that receive the redeemable after the change. Punchh and the business must honor the redeemable Expiry as it was originally received by the guest.
**Keep in mind, you can force redeem a reward manually if you wish to expire a reward for a guest after it's been gifted.**
