This may be due to your Account Re-evaluation Strategy settings found in your Cockpit Business Settings (only accessible by Punchh CSMs and Admins) that are set up to expire guests points based off one of the following conditions:
- Annually on a Specific Date
- Annually on Guest Signup Anniversary
- Annually on Membership Level Bump Anniversary
- Guest Inactivity
Please reach out to your CSM to review these settings.
If you think your guest's points expired due to an error, please submit a ticket to Support.
