For a Promo Campaign that is set up as "directly processed at POS" there is no Redeemable attached, so it won't show up in the Redemption Data Export. It will show up in the Coupon Redemption Report but it will only include the Redemption Receipt Number, not the associated User info - whether they're loyalty or not.
If a Promo Campaign is set up as "unlock rewards on Mobile App" - you can attach a Redeemable - but in the Coupon Redemption report it will only reflect when the User has entered the coupon code in the app, but not when it was applied to a receipt. The Redemption Data Export will show when the user applied it to a receipt and reflect the User ID & Receipt Number & Redeemable Name.
