While you can look into the Receipt Messages within “Settings -> Receipt Messages” in the Punchh dashboard and make changes or add a new message to be printed on receipts, there is a possibility an unwanted message is printed on the receipts which is not configured under Settings -> Receipt Messages” in the Punchh dashboard.
In such scenarios, be advised to check if this is being observed for a specific location? or receipts at all the location comes with the same message.
Possibly this is configured for a particular location at the POS in Print.frm settings.
If this is faced for a particular location only, could you also check the Print.frm that resides in the ‘c:\iris\reginfo\common\data’ directory on the BOH.
