It is certainly possible for a Punchh redeemable to work in a brand that uses different POS systems or different Online Ordering providers among several locations.
The first thing to check is whether the POS systems and Online Ordering providers being used by the brand have a fully-working integration with Punchh. Please consult with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to verify this information.
Different POS systems and Online Ordering providers sometimes have different ways to identify the same menu items from the brand's menu. For example, a brand might have a "Breakfast Taco" item in their menu. One POS system might identify this item with name "Taco Breakfast" and ID 23, while another POS system might identify the same item with name "Breakfast Taco Large" and ID 889234.
In this example, if the brand is setting up a "Free Breakfast Taco" redeemable to work across all locations, we need to add ALL the various menu item names or IDs that identify the same item in the Line Item Selector (LIS) of the redeemable. We can use the "in (case insensitive)" operator to define a list of all menu item names or IDs used to identify the item being discounted. This operator will ensure that the redeemable is applicable to ANY of the listed menu item names or IDs.
