While the email address you use is valid and working fine while sending and receiving emails, there are certain checks configured for the Punchh platform which validates an email address.
Punchh has a check at the server-side that a valid email address cannot have more than one dot(period) symbol after @(at sign) symbol. This is the existing feature, where we would not make any change to the validation.
