Once a reward has been gifted to a guest, it's not possible to update the expiration date via the campaign, even if the campaign is still active. Updating the expiration date for the reward in the campaign will only update the expiration date for all new rewards gifted after that change. All rewards previously gifted will continue to reflect the original expiration date.
**Keep in mind, you can force redeem a reward manually if you wish to expire a reward for a guest after it's been gifted.**
