Location mix-ups like this are typically the result of incorrect information set up at the POS or incorrect map coordinates in our Punchh platform.
Please double check that the stores involved have the correct Location Keys entered on the POS at their respective locations.

Where do I find the Punchh Location Key for a site?
To check if your map coordinates are correct, please follow the steps outlined here:
- Look under Settings > Locations, select desired store > then click on Map.
- The GPS coordinates will be incorrect or may be unavailable and be somewhere in the middle of the Ocean (if the latter, this forces GPS to default to another store).
- Go to Google Maps, lookup the address for this location and update the location by copying and pasting the GPS coordinates from the address bar in the browser.
