When a brand employs the "Points Unlock Redeemables" strategy, guests are able to earn certain redeemables when they reach a certain amount of accumulated points. When looking at guest profiles, you will see a section called "Loyalty Goals" that indicates which redeemables have been earned with the current point balance:
The "Loyalty Goals" redeemables will only show in this section. However, these redeemables will NOT show up under Rewards. The redeemables will NOT show up either when the guest's account is looked up at the POS.
The only way that the guest will be able to redeem these redeemables is by going to the brand's app and tapping "Redeem" for "In-Restaurant" where the guest will then have to show QR code presented by the app to the cashier to scan at the POS, or "Online" where the guest can apply the reward at check out on the app.
