If your brand has made a change to the Domain Name System (DNS) for your brands online ordering this may cause the ordering fucntion to stop working in the app. These URLs are stored on the Punchh side and will need to be altered to match any changes.
These fields containing the URLs are restricted to Punchh employees. If you need these altered please reach out to Punchh support with what has changed and what the new URLs are.
