It is essential that the Qu Store Number ID matches your POS system and the Punchh Platform. If things are not matching this can lead to the issue.

- If there are mismatched Store IDs between Qu Online Ordering and Punchh, orders from this location will generally default to another location so the guest can still earn.
- If the business has an Online Order Default Locations set up on the backend in the Punchh Platform these orders will check-in at that location.
If the Online Ordering default location needs to be altered please reach out to Punchh Support or your CSM.
