Revel and Brink are 3rd party integrations, which means that their integration with Punchh is developed and managed by Revel and Brink, respectively. This allows Punchh to integrate with either one or the other with relative ease. If a location is changing their POS from Brink to Revel, and Punchh loyalty was working in Brink but now needs to work in Revel, there are 3 steps necessary to make the transition in Punchh:
1) Make sure that communication between Revel and Punchh is not blocked. You can follow this guide to ensure communication is good: Revel POS Firewall Setup
2) Configure Revel POS to use Punchh loyalty. This is done in Revel under Management Console Settings > Settings > Gift, Rewards and Admin Cards. To access the loyalty setting for Punchh, either select the Gift, Rewards and Admin Cards checkbox and scroll down to the Punchh Loyalty setting, or enter punchh in the search bar.

3) In Punchh, navigate to Settings > Locations > [Name of location] > POS. Then change the POS Type to "Revel"
