If a redeemable is not working at multiple locations where it should, check the configured 'Redeeming Location(s) of the redeemable:
If a Location Group is selected as the Redeeming Locations, then check the Location Group itself and verify if the locations where the redeemable should work is included in the group.
If the location(s) is not included in the Location Group or incorrectly configured, the redeemable is unable to used at those location(s).
