This error is thrown when a guest attempts to make more than the configured and allowed number of signups from a device:
Cockpit > Guests > Guest Validation
As this is a business wide setting, it cannot be modified for a particular guest, and re-installing the app would not affect the sign up either as the device details is tied up to the first sign up itself.
It is advised having the guest sign up from a different device, after which they will be able to login on their own device as the setting above only is applicable for signups and not logins.
