If you receive the error "Either a Segment or an Effective Location must be selected" (shown below) after entering a valid loyalty members email or a matching email address to a valid testing guest account, this is due missing configuration on the campaign builder.
To send test notifications using the "Send Test Notification" button, a segment or a location must be defined under the Segment or Location/Location Group drop down on step 2 of the campaign builder.
Note: Test Notifications are only able to be sent if a Guest account exists with a matching email address. If you have not created a Guest account in the Punchh platform using the email address you're trying to send a notification to, Test Notifications will not send.
