If you want to add a Support Email for your brand, just follow this next instructions:
1. Go to Dashboard > Whitelabel > Mobile Configuration > Extended Settings
2. Input the Support Email you want to add.
3. Click on Update at the bottom of the page.
Note: Not all admin accounts have the permissions to access "Whitelabel" if you don't see the "Whitelabel" section on your Dashboard, reach out to someone on your team with that type of access to do it for you.
