If receipt transactions made in Toast POS from a particular location are not being populated in Punchh, or only receipts with loyalty transactions and online orders are showing up while non-loyalty receipts are missing, please contact Toast Integrations Support.
Toast is a 3rd party integration, meaning that they develop and manage the integration with Punchh. Toast will be able to change some settings on their end to allow the Toast integration at the location in question to send all receipt data to Punchh.
