When trying to use any loyalty function (guest lookup, earning or redeeming) at Qu POS, you might encounter this error:
You can troubleshoot following these steps:
- Make sure that network traffic from Punchh is not being blocked by any firewall/antivirus software at the terminals. More details here: Qu Beyond POS System Firewall/AV Setup
- Make sure that the terminals don't have any pending updates, specially .NET updates. Qu POS depends on the .NET framework for the Punchh integration to work. If there are any pending updates to .NET, install the updates and restart the terminals.
