The ability to manually migrate guests will only be available if Secure Migration is enabled for the brand in Cockpit options. When Secure Migration is enabled, guests are prompted for a verification code as part of the migration process. This assists in providing an extra level of security to ensure the guest signing up is who they say they are. For more information about this functionality, please contact your CSM or Punchh Support.
If Secure Migration is disabled for the brand, then there is no way to manually migrate a guest to the Punchh rewards platform outside of waiting for the guest to initiate the process either via the mobile app or the iFrame workflow.
