If a redeemable appears as number(s) on a POS rather than the redeemable name itself, check the following:
- If the redeemable is setup correctly on Dashboard.
- If the redeemable is set up correctly, check if the discrepancy is seen at receipts from a specific location or all locations (if only 1 location is affected, it will show the the discount from the redeemable as the same number being on POS):
- If the the issue is seen only at one location, it is possible that the cashier is applying the promo code incorrectly. Please reach out to Toast Support to have it investigated from their side.
