If you are attempting to set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), but are unable to, due to the following error message:
You may continue with an alternative MFA verification, by following these steps:
- At the bottom right-hand sign, below the QR Code, you will see a box showing "Verify Token"
- Add the "Token" code that you are receiving from the app authenticator.
- Once the "Token" code has been added, click on "Enable MFA".
- This will then automatically log you into the Punchh Dashboard without doing a QR scan.
