If the redeemable is deactivated or expired (by changing the explicit expiry), it will not affect the gifted reward. The available reward will work according to the configurations set at the time of gifting.
The rewards will be removed from the guest's account only if
- The guest generates the redemption code and, it expires.
- The guest redeems the reward.
- The reward is force redeemed from the guest's account.
Please note: If the reward is gifted by the Mass offer campaign, the expiry can be updated.
