No, if the store number is the same on Punchh's and Olo's end even after the changes are made then there will not be issues with the services.
For example, if any of the store references on Olo's end is changed from 2008 to 47 then the same changes must be available on Punchh's end which means the store number on the Punchh platform should be 47.
