When attempting to import and upload a CSV file with eClub guests, you may receive the following error message:
This means that there is an already existing file name that has been created under your Admin user account.
For example, the Punchh Dashboard is stating that there is an existing file name already created:
Instead of creating a new import, you will go to the already existing CSV Upload name and proceed with the update.
