There are two cases where the "Export" button will not appear in the "Detailed Results" section in a Survey:
- The date range does not include the date of any survey response - Make sure that the date range in the "Detailed Results" section of the survey covers any date when survey responses were submitted by guests. For example, if a survey was delivered to guests through a Mass Notification campaign that was fired on 12/1, make sure the date range starts to 12/1 so any responses since 12/1 are shown.
- The survey does not have any survey responses - To determine if the survey has any guest responses, go to the "Associations" tab within the Survey. The "Total Guest Surveys" column will show the total number of survey responses from guests. If the survey responses are zero, then the "Export" button will not be shown, since there is no data to export.
