Item IDs are a unique code associated with the Menu Item as identified in your POS. When building a Line Item Selector with Item IDs as the Available Operators and Data the Item IDs must be individually be entered with no special characters other than commas between each ID, ranges or other functions are not recognized by the system.
- Make sure there are no special characters other than commas between each ID.
- Item IDs must be individually be entered, ranges or other functions are not recognized by the system.
- If any added special characters (other than commas) are found within the Item ID and/or string of Item IDs, the system will be unable to match the Menu Item and the qualification criteria will fail.
- In the example below, the item id is entered as "834281.". If the POS, does not have a menu item id as entered in the line item selector, the qualification criteria will fail. As a result, the reward will not be applied successfully to the check.
