When reviewing redemption logs, you will see two different calls being made: 'It can be honored' and 'Please HONOR it'.
The first call, 'It can be honored', is called when the redeemable has been applied to a transaction, and relays to Punchh, that the transaction passes the qualification criteria of the redeemable that has been set. This will then relay back to the POS, stating that the redeemable can be honored:
Once the transaction has been closed, a second call, 'Please HONOR it', will be sent from Punchh to the POS that the redeemable has been honored and applied to the transaction, removing the reward from the guest's account:
