An admin user or role can have access to Support functions such as Redemption Codes, Checkin Failures, Heartbeat, and POS stats, by enabling the "Extended Support" permission.
To enable the "Extended Support" permission:
- Go to Settings > Admin Users > Roles
- Select the desired Role
- Click on the permission "Extended Support" to enable it (Permissions are colored green when they are enabled)
- Click Save
The admin user should now have access to the new menus under Support
