While you have completed the setup for adding an FTP Endpoints and wish to get the Data Export uploaded to the set path, there could be a possibility you receive the export on your mail but the same was not uploaded for the FTP.
In such scenarios please be advised to check the following:
- Make sure you have selected an FTP endpoint while scheduling a data export
- Check the logs from Scheduled Data export, if the file is successful uploaded to the configured FTP
