You can export data from the Punchh platform with instances where guests tried to perform a checkin but received an error. You can create such a data export by going to Reports > Data Exports, and checking "Checkin Failure Data". Then select the desired columns in the export. This data export will give you information about individual guests, locations and error codes for failed checkin attempts.
