There might be several reasons why newly-created admin users are not receiving the invitation email to access Punchh:
- The email client/provider of the admin user is blocking the invitation email, or is marking it as spam email. Have the admin user check for the invitation email from a different email client or through the web interface of their email service.
- The Punchh platform is having a delay to send the invitation email. Feel free to resend the invitation email as many times as necessary by clicking the "Re-invite" button inside of the admin user profile under Support > Admin Users
- If the invitation email still has not been received, contact Punchh Support to verify whether the invitation email has been sent successfully by the Punchh platform.
