When you see "Online Order" as the sign up channel (instead of web email, for example), this indicates that the guest signed up via the online ordering provider's middleware. More specifically, it means that the API call that created the guest in Punchh came from an online ordering provider's software. Generally, this is a website or whitelabel app controlled by the online ordering service.
