To build a segment that contains guests who checked-in between to specific dates, you can create a Checkin segment by going to Guests > Segments > Checkin > Guest Checkin > New Segment.
For example, let's say you would like to build a segment that contains guests who checked-in more than 2 times between 7/17/2020 - 7/31/2020. Within the segment, you can use the "Total Loyalty Visits" attribute to keep track of the number of guest check-ins. In our example, this value would be set to 2:
You would then use the "Between" time duration to specify the dates when guests checked-in. Keep in mind that the dates also contain times, so make sure to enter times that indicate either the start or finish of the dates entered. You will also be able to specify a time zone to use with the times entered. In our example, these values would be set to 7/17/2020 and 7/31/2020, with MDT time zone:
You can check the "Use Receipt Time Instead of Scan Time?" option if you would like to consider the date/time that the guest made the purchase, versus the date/time the guest scanned the receipt on the mobile app.
To build the same segment using Segments BETA, go to Guests > Segments BETA > New Segment. Consider our previous example: you would like to build a segment that contains guests who checked-in more than 2 times between 7/17/2020 - 7/31/2020. You can use the "Checkins" segment type and add the "Total Loyalty Checkins" and "Checkin Date" attributes with similar settings from the prior segment example:
