When customers are unable to scan a card using the "Scan Your Card" feature or not all details are being auto-populated, customers should ensure the cards are standard landscape with front facing embossed letters and numbers.
Below are the requirements for a card to successfully scan:
- Embossed Letters/Numbers
- Front Facing Name/ Numbers
- Standard Landscape
Below are features of an unsupported card that will not successfully scan:
- Non-Embossed Cards
- Gift Cards
- Cards with numbers on the back
- Damaged cards
Note: Amex cards do not have standard 20 digit card numbers. As long as the Amex card has all the requirements they should successfully read.
