If guests are receiving multiple notifications from a campaign that is only supposed to be "Only Once Ever" Guest Frequency setting, you can verify the following:
- Go to the Recall Campaign and verify the Segment under Step 2 of Whom
- Once verified, go to the Post Check-in Campaign and verify Segment under Step 2 of Whom
- If the Post Check-in Campaign has a different segment, this will trigger the segment to send an additional System Notification.
- To change this, edit the segment by adding the segment related to the Recall Campaign.
