If any double offer for 2x and 3x points set for any recall campaign then the segment should be AUTOGENERATED and the Guest Frequency is set to Multiple Times.
If any Guest qualifies the Double or Triple Points Criteria they will receive Notifications as well as Double or Triple Points.
Steps to set Frequency :
Search for Guest -> Click on segment ->Search for Campaign ->Click on Next -> Select Guest Frequency -> Next and save the changes.
Once the frequency is set depends as per your requirement the guest will start receiving Points.
