If you are attempting to change/update any data in the Locations section of the platform and running into the error "Unable to update location: Arrival Geofence can't be blank" this is due to the "Arrival Radius" setting not being set.
The 'Arrival Radius' setting (this setting is located Punchh Platform > Settings > Locations > Punchh Pickup tab)
This field sets a circular geofence around your store or restaurant, centered on the existing Latitude and Longitude settings. (You can find the existing Latitude and Longitude settings for your store or restaurant by clicking on the “Map” tab.) This geofence is used to determine when a location-enabled customer has arrived (customers who allow the app to track their location). As the customer crosses the geofence, their status will change to Arrived.
Once this radius is saved for a location, the geofence area will show on the map and you will be able to edit the location information without error.
