To verify why you have not received the redeemable email from a campaign that was created, please verify the following:
- Go to the Campaigns > Campaign
- Select the Campaign > click on the vertical three-dot ellipses > Edit
- Go to Step 2 of Whom
- Verify if text/messaging has been added in "Subject Template", "Text Email Template", and "Preheader Text"
If no text/messaging has been added, please fill in the Templates, in order for the email notification to be sent to the targeted guests.
