When we scheduled the data export (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) then exports generate start from the date of start date and the next export will generate from the last date of the previous data export.
So for this, we suggest that if you want to schedule the guest data export and you want the data before that then you can export that guest data by using date range with the immediate schedule, after that, you can schedule the data export for weekly or monthly, or daily by this you will get the data from the last date of the last report to scheduled date data.
This is because if you get the complete date in the scheduled report then the size of the export will be big and duplicate data will export every time, and as size will be high then it will take a long time to process.
