If the number of gifts on a post-check-in campaign seem low compared to receipt data, one of the possible reasons is that the segment targeted was too complex, especially if the segment was set up by receipt tag or check-in time.
Note that Post check-in campaigns "listen" for guest activity so you do not always need to define which guests are targeted at a granular level.
Setting the duration of the campaign correctly on step 3 and making sure the qualification criteria for check-in is very specific will suffice in targeting the guests you intend to capture without making a complex segment.
