While a guest should be receiving email as soon a the campaign is processed, you can check for the following information which could result in observing a delay:
- Check Guest timeline for timestamp for receiving notification, same can be used to compare with another guest for delay
- Check if the user has received an email but is in the different time zone
- Check Campaign processing time, While you must have scheduled a campaign for a specific time, it might have taken some more time for processing.
If the issue persists, please report this to your CSM or raise a ticket to Punchh Support.
