Guests have the ability to apply a coupon to their order while ordering in the brand's app by tapping in the "Apply coupon code" option at checkout.
NOTE: This is applicable ONLY for apps that were developed and delivered by Punchh
If the app does not show the "Apply coupon code" prompt in the app at checkout, or the prompt is missing when ordering from a particular location in the app, then the following might be cause:
- Punchh coupons are disabled for app orders throughout the brand
- The "Apply coupon code" field is disabled for app orders in the particular location
Submit a ticket to Punchh Support (email@example.com) and our Support team will assist in making sure these settings are enabled for your brand/location.
