In some situations, you may run in to instances when guests have checkins on their timeline that appear as a successful checkin but earned a total of 0 points.
This can indicate that a checkin occurred before Punchh received the transaction. If you see this, you should compare the times that Punchh received the transaction versus the time the checkin occurred.
For the above example, you can see that the checkin occurred at 2:24 PM, however searching for the barcode under Barcode Lookup shows that Punchh did not receive the transaction until 2:42 PM.
