This depends. If the new location you are adding to the Punchh Platform uses your DEFAULT POS system (the same POS that is configured as the main POS for the business in Cockpit), then no. Punchh will always fall back on the defaults configured for the brand.
If your new location is using a different POS than the default then these values must be defined individually, as you build the location in Punchh.
These values are defined at: Settings>Locations>Specific Location>POS tab>Validation Type, POS Type, Guest Identity Value
