If a guest originally signed in to Punchh with their Facebook account, they should be able to update this email by changing their primary email on Facebook, signing out of their Punchh account, then signing in with Facebook once again.
However, it is possible that a missing configuration of the Facebook Webhook can result in a new account being created when they sign back in again.
If you find this to be the case for your guests, please open a ticket with Punchh support.
