When looking at a guest's timeline, you can view details about a guest's redemption by clicking on the redemption code, as shown here:
Clicking on the redemption code (numeric value highlighted in blue) takes you to the redemption page for this redemption. This is the same page that can be viewed by clicking on the Status field after searching for a redemption code in Support > Redemption Codes.
I have broken this page in to three sections that are labeled with red numbers inside a red box. Here is what each section tells you:
- Section 1 tells you the guest that used this redemption, as well as when and where the redemption took place.
- Section 2 tells you the checkins associated with this redemption. Associated Checkins are checkins that earned the guest the loyalty points that were used in their redemption. If the redemption did not involve loyalty points, it is possible that this field may be blank.
- Section Three tells you the redemption code, as well as showing you the QR code that was generated for this redemption. If this redemption occurred in a guest's app, this is the same QR code that would have been shown there.
Note: Section 3 will always state "Coupon @" before the redemption code, regardless of what type of redemption took place. This is not an indication that the guest redeemed a code from a coupon campaign.
