Some, if not most, email clients will block images inside any email to block any suspicious links, even if the email comes from a legitimate source such as Punchh. When a guest receives an email from a campaign, they might see a warning message letting them know that images are being blocked in the email:
Guests need to manually click in "Show Images" or similar link in order to see the images in the email from the campaign:
