In some cases, guests may tell you that their redeemables are expiring the day before the date shown in the mobile app. When this occurs, it is often the result of the mobile app showing an expiration date of the day after the date set in Punchh, as is illustrated in the following screenshots.

If you receive reports of this, please open a ticket with Punchh Support containing the following information:
- Email address for the guest that experienced this
- Which redeemable was it that expired too early
- Operating system of guest's device (iOS or Android)
